A little bit about us…! Maybe delivered by a bit about me. ;)

So, I started playing FFXIV on 2.0 launch. As a long-time fan of the Final Fantasy series, I saw the trailers for A Realm Reborn, and it just really looked like a heartfelt love letter to people like me. The Magitek armor, the primals in the form of our favorite summons, blah blah. So I was hooked. I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of the game and started playing on launch day.

I was 50 within the week and among the first on the server to have my relic weapon on DRG. Titan hard was a beast - it was really tough trying to find a successful group through the Duty Finder.

I went on through Coil, and was pushing for world first on Twintania in Turn 5. Before that happened, I was called away from the game for an extended period. In fact, I was largely turned off of the MMO scene. Life went on.

In June of 2015, I wanna say, I was playing WoW. My girlfriend decided she wanted to raid, and so I started a guild up. We leveled our toons, we built the guild, and it's now still successfully going horde-side on Zul'jin server. We knocked out the current tier raid on Heroic, and after Legion launched, we began our foray into Mythic.

We managed a couple of Mythic bosses before the new Diablo systems pushed me away from the game, ending me up back in Eorzea. I'm working on getting my toon here back to cap, and we totally intend to dive into Savage raiding as soon as we can field it!
